Last week I went to the theatre. I had a very good seat. The play was very interesting. I did not enjoy it. A young man and a young woman were sitting behind me. They were talking loudly. I got very angry. I could not hear the actors. I turned round. I looked at the man and the woman angrily. They did not pay any attention. In the end, I could not bear it. I turned round again. ‘I can't hear a word!’ I said angrily.

‘It's none of your business, ’ the young man said rudely. ‘This is a private conversation!’

具有高中以上英语的人都会认为“我读懂了”。其实他们并没有真正的“读懂”。

他们之所以认为自己已经“读懂”了，是因为他们“读懂”时的“输出语言”是中文的缘故：第一课 一次私人交谈。。。。。

这种用中文作为英语阅读时的“输出语言”的“读懂”很容易掩盖我们学习英语必须具备的“读懂”的能力：你的“输出语言”(理解语言)是英语吗？

Lesson 1 A private conversation：Unit One A Private Talk,A Private Dialoguea/A Private Communication.A conversation is a dialogue between two people.Private means it is only between two people,or it should not be known by everyone.

你阅读时“输出语言”是英语“读懂”时，你一定是：

1、把你学过的英语“用起来”了(已学词汇的不断“复现”)(talk,dialogue,communication,between等等)；

2、“音”也一定是英语的：/les?n w?n ? ?pra?v?t ?kɑ?nv??se???n....../；

3、语音语调也必须是英语的：你自己体会一下，自己用英语“默读”时，感觉是带有美式语音语调还是英式语音语调，或者只是你自己的语音语调？或者干脆只是中文的发音(“输出语言”是中文)？

4.你自己给自己创造了英语“语言环境”，也解决了英语“没有使用的语言环境”问题：阅读时的“输入语言”和“输出语言”同为英语时构成了英语阅读时英语的“双向交流”，不再是“输入语言”是英语，“输出语言”是中文时的“单向交流”。

彻底认识了这几个要领，你就明白了为什么英语阅读时必须具备“输出语言”是英语的语言能力。

下面继续做“输出语言”是英语的阅读训练(把学过的英语用起来)：

1. Last week I went to the theatre：Last week means the week before this week.Last week means the previous week. I went to see a show.I went to see a play(下文出现此词),a performance on the stage.

2. I had a very good seat.I had a good place for sitting in the theater,like a chair,a bench

3.The play was very interesting.It was a great show,a wonderful performance.

4. I did not enjoy it. Well,if we enjoy something,we appreciate it.We love it so much.

5.A young man and a young woman were sitting behind me. They were sitting at my back.If you are behind something or somebody,you are at the back of it.

6. They were talking loudly. They were talking in a very loud voice.They eete having a conversation/dialogue in a loud voice.

7. I got very angry. I became very anger.I turned into anger.

8. I could not hear the actors. I could not hear clearly what the actors were saying at all.

9.I turned round. I turned my head round.I turned my head towards them.

10.I looked at the man and the woman angrily. I looked at them in an angry way.

11.They did not pay any attention.They did not care about me at all.They did not stop talking.

12. In the end, I could not bear it.Finally/At last/Eventually,I could not stand it.I could not endure it.I could not put up with it any more.

13. I turned round again. I turned round once more.

14.‘I can't hear a word!’ I can't hear what the actors are saying at all.

15.I said angrily. I talked to them in an angry way.

16.‘It's none of your business, ’ the young man said rudely. It has nothing to do with you.To be rude means to be very impolite,or not to be polite.

17.‘This is a private conversation!’ This is a conversation only between my friend and me.
